NOTICE OF CONSTITUTION OF 2025 AWLA INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE PLANNING COMMITTEE

Dear esteemed Country Representatives and Council Members and Members, We are pleased to announce the constitution of the AWLA International Conference Planning Committee for 2025.

This technical committee is established to oversee the planning and execution of our 2025 international conference.

The following distinguished members have been appointed to the committee: –

  1. Relevant content: The CPC develops a relevant, engaging, and informative program, featuring keynote speakers, panel sessions, workshops, and networking events.
  2. Speaker selection: The CPC identifies and secures high-quality speakers, ensuring they are relevant, engaging, and aligned with the conference objectives.

 

Logistics and Operations

  1. Venue selection: The CPC selects a suitable venue, considering factors like accessibility, capacity, and amenities.
  2. Catering and hospitality: The CPC arranges catering, hospitality, and other logistical aspects, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for attendees.

 

Marketing and Promotion

  1. Marketing strategy: The CPC develops a comprehensive marketing strategy, leveraging social media, email campaigns, advertising, and other channels to promote the conference.
  2. Promotional materials: The CPC creates promotional materials, such as brochures, posters, and websites, to showcase the conference program, speakers, and sponsors.

 

Financial Management

  1. Budgeting: The CPC develops a comprehensive budget, ensuring the conference is financially sustainable and transparent.
  2. Sponsorship and fundraising: The CPC secures sponsorships, partnerships, and fundraising opportunities to support the conference.
